My daughters:

I carry you within me. You flow through my blood, have spliced yourself into the memory of my cells, and knitted yourself into the fiber of my being. You are soft, and you are strong, and perfect beyond all my abilities to comprehend perfection. My heart belongs to you. It has from very first moment, and even before. When I gaze into your wise eyes (the eyes of the great teachers I know you to be), I see into the unfathomable depths of your soul. I wonder about the mysteries we will encounter together, and the wisdom you will bring me. I know that you have lessons to share and secrets to keep. You are quiet intensity, and powerful conviction. As much as I see myself in you, you have always insisted on being wholly your own. Just as you should be. You are no longer of my body, but still, I carry you nestled next to my heart, I carry you in my soul.
